Cancellations
We have a strict cancellation and reschedule policy as our time and yours is precious. Please contact us as soon as you know you no longer require your scheduled appointment
We require at least 24 hours cancellation notice for all appointments, if you do not let us know within this time frame you will forfit your booking fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment please understand we may have to cancel and reschedule due to insufficient time to complete your treatment .
Failing to arrive for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled treatments . And payment will be taken from the card stored on the booking system.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of 50% will be taken via the booking system on all appointments Your appointment will only be confirmed once this payment is made .
If payment not made with 72 hours of booking your appointment may be withdrawn .
No children policy
To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointments.
This allows us to focus entirely on providing you with the best possible experience.
