Booking and Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please take note of our updated booking and cancellation policy: November 2024

Booking Fee
A booking fee of 50% is required to be paid on all appointments. If payment is not made within 72 hours of booking, your appointment may be withdrawn.

Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment

Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit their 50% booking fee

No shows
If you fail to arrive for your appointment the full cost of the treatment will be charged to you and the balance will be taken from the payment card stored on the booking system .

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a valid reason for late cancellation or no-show, please contact us directly, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

No children policy
To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointments.

This allows  us to focus entirely on providing you with the best possible experience.
