Contradictions
It is not advised to have this treatment if you are taking:
- Anti coagulation treatment
- Insulin controlled Diabetic
- Using Acne treatment prescribed by Medical professional.
Precare
- Avoid aspirin for 48 hrs prior to treatment
- Avoid anti inflammatories for 48 hrs prior to treatment.
- If you have had anti wrinkle treatment you will need to wait two
- weeks after your top up before you can have this treatment.
Aftercare
- Avoid sunbeds and direct sun exposure.
- Avoid makeup for 24 hours
- Avoid anti inflammatories for 48 hours
- Avoid swimming for 48 hours
- Avoid saunas/ hot tubs for 48 hours
- Avoid excessive exercise for 48 hours
- Wear a high spf factor 50 is recommended.
- Advised not to have any facial treatments until course is completed.
You may notice some redness after a mesotherapy treatment. This minor side effect will usually self-resolve within a matter of hours.
